A brand new villa was opened in July 2018. The fashionable Sani Marine & restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. Orange Tree offers comfortable accommodation while it has its own swimming pool, a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a BBQ area and 4 sun loungers.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area.
There is air-conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher.
Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

FLOOR PLAN: 

Semi ground floor has two bedrooms, a  small living room and a bathroom with shower.

Ground floor has one big living room, fully equipped kitchen, WC and access to the patio with great outdoor furniture and of course private pool.

First floor has 2 bedrooms plus one bathroom with shower.

In total we have three Air conditions, one on the living room and two on the upper floor.

Upon arrival we collect 300 EUR in cash as security deposit.
This amount is totally refunded on the check out.
